At Nisoo Perfumes, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return a product. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the process and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Any return request made after this 7-day period will not be accepted.
Important Note:
The 7-day return period begins from the date you receive your order, not from the date of purchase. Please check your package immediately upon receipt to ensure timely returns if necessary.
Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- The seal of the perfume bottle must not be broken or tampered with.
- You must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- The original labels must be intact and not removed.
Please note that due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for perfumes where the seal has been broken or the product has been used, as these products cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order via email at returns@nisooperfumes.com or by phone at +20 111 622 8189.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will review your request and if approved, will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
- Package the item(s) securely in their original packaging along with the return authorization number.
- Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refund Options
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be offered one of the following options:
- Refund to the original payment method: The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Store credit: The amount will be added to your account as store credit to be used for future purchases.
- Exchange: You may exchange the returned product for another product of equal value. If you choose a product of higher value, you will need to pay the difference.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and bank.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
For damaged items, we may request photographic evidence of the damage to help us improve our packaging and handling procedures.
Note: Please take photos of any damaged packaging or products before opening or using them further, as this documentation will assist in processing your claim quickly.
Shipping Costs
For standard returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as you receiving an incorrect or defective item).
If the return is due to our error, we will refund the original shipping cost and will also cover the cost of return shipping.
Exceptions
While we aim to be as accommodating as possible, certain situations may require special consideration outside of this policy. These will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of our customer service team.
